PIPAFÉ RETURN POLICY

At Pipafe, we prioritize sustainability and the environmental impact of our business practices. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, but we kindly ask our customers to consider the carbon footprint associated with each return. Shipping and handling for a single return can generate significant carbon emissions. We encourage you to carefully review product details and size guides before making your purchase to minimize unnecessary returns.


STANDARD RETURN POLICY

All returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date your order is shipped. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in saleable condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of odors or fragrances.
  • Include all original tags and packaging in perfect condition.
  • Contain all accessories or items received with the product.

Please note:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly on pipafe.com. Items purchased through resellers or third-party partners are not eligible.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

For domestic orders placed on pipafe.com, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email help@pipafe.com with your order details to initiate the return process.

  2. Prepare the Item(s): Ensure they meet the conditions stated above. Include the original packing slip in your return package.

  3. Ship the Item(s): Use a trackable shipping service to send the items to our facility:

    We recommend keeping a receipt and tracking number for your records.

  4. Notification: Once your return is received at our facility, we will notify you via email. Please allow 7-14 business days for processing.


EXCHANGES

Exchanges for full-priced items can be requested within 30 days of your order being shipped. To initiate an exchange:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email help@pipafe.com with your exchange request.
  2. Return the Original Item: Follow the same steps outlined for returns.
  3. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note the following:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take 10-14 business days to appear on your bank statement after processing.
  • We currently do not offer credit notes or gift cards for returns.
