PIPAFÉ RETURN POLICY

At Pipafe, we prioritize sustainability and the environmental impact of our business practices. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, but we kindly ask our customers to consider the carbon footprint associated with each return. A single return can generate a significant amount of carbon emissions due to shipping and handling. Therefore, we encourage you to carefully review product details and size guides before making your purchase.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

All returns must be submitted within 30 days from when your order is shipped. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be sent back in saleable condition, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

• Final Sale Items: Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

For domestic orders placed on pipafe.com, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service at help@pipafe.com to initiate the return process.
2. Ensure the item(s) are in saleable condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of any odors or fragrances.
3. Include the original packing slip with your return.
4. Use a trackable shipping service to return your item(s) to our warehouse. We recommend obtaining a receipt and tracking number to ensure your return is processed correctly.

You will receive an email notification once your item is received back at our distribution center. Please allow 7-14 business days for all returns to be processed.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges for full-priced items can be requested within 30 days of your order being fulfilled. To initiate an exchange:

1. Contact our customer service at help@pipafe.com.
2. Follow the same instructions for returning items as mentioned above.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 10-14 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. Unfortunately, we do not offer credit notes or gift cards, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
